Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

US wireless real time refills, top-ups or International top-ups and eGift cards CANNOT be canceled once the funds have been applied to your mobile device.   . All physical products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a physical item,  please email customer service at foreverpinless@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a mailing address. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

There is no refund on digital pinless calling cards. For physical products, after the item is received and inspected we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days for processing of your returned item for a refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  •     calling cards   
  •     SIM Cards
